If your mind has been running the show lately… you’re not alone.
So many of us are stuck in our heads, trying to think our way into feeling better… and it just doesn’t work.
In this workshop, we’ll gently shift out of the mind and back into the body. No experience needed, just come as you are.
For most of my life, I lived in my head.
Thinking, analyzing, trying to figure everything out.
And if I’m being honest… it didn’t really feel safe to slow down and be in my body.
So I stayed where I knew how to function… in my mind.
The problem was, no matter how much I thought about things, I never actually felt better.
It wasn’t until I started learning how to gently connect back into my body… that things began to shift.
Breathwork became a way for me to do that in a safe, simple way.
Not all at once. Not forced. Just little by little.
And that’s exactly what I want to share with you in this workshop.
Gentle Grounding Practice
We’ll start by slowing things down with a simple grounding practice to help you land in your body.
Making sense of the noise in your head
From there, I’ll walk you through a few easy shifts to help you understand why you’ve been stuck in your head… and what actually helps.
Breathwork & Journaling
Then we’ll move into a gentle breathwork experience to start releasing some of that built-up stress from the body. We’ll close with a short journaling practice to help you integrate what came up and take it into your real life.
