In Coming Home Course, you’ll learn how to step out of overthinking and reconnect with your body so you can move through life with clarity, trust, and calm.
Each week we begin with a grounding practice to settle the nervous system and bring you back into your body. From there, I’ll guide you through teachings designed to gently move you out of overthinking and back into clarity. We’ll close with a gentle but powerful breathwork journey to help you integrate the week’s guidance and truly embody what you’ve learned.
We'll do an energy audit to see where things are losing you.

What to Expect
Coming Home is a six-week guided experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and rebuild trust with yourself.
Throughout the course, you can expect to:
- Spend less time stuck in overthinking and more time connected to your body
- Learn how to create a sense of safety that allows you to slow down
- Recognize and respond to your body’s cues instead of overriding them
- Become aware of patterns that drain your energy, such as pushing or forcing.
- Strengthen your connection to intuition and inner guidance
- Begin making choices from a place of clarity rather than pressure
Each week we’ll meet live for 60–75 minutes. Sessions include a grounding practice, teaching, guided reflection, and gentle breathwork. The breathwork is accessible and supportive, building connection at a pace that feels safe.
Dates and Details
Coming Home is a six-week live group experience running
March 16 – April 20
We’ll meet live on Mondays at:
- 4:30pm PST
- 6:30pm CST
- 7:30pm EST
Each session is 60–75 minutes and includes grounding, teaching, reflection, and gentle breathwork.
All sessions are recorded, with replay access available for one full year.
You will receive support materials to get back into your body throughout the week. Grounding meditation, short powerful recorded breathwork, and easy assignments to gain clairty.
As well as fun games and prizes throughout our six weeks!Â

I'm Kate French
 I lived much of my life deeply disconnected from my body, using substances and coping mechanisms to avoid what I didn’t feel safe to feel. I found my way home, and everything changed. Now I guide others back to their bodies, their internal guidance, and their own inner wisdom.

A Note on Safety
While I am trauma-informed, Coming Home is not intended for individuals with unresolved “big T” trauma that has not been supported by a qualified professional. Somatic and breath-based practices can bring unconscious material to the surface, which may feel overwhelming without appropriate therapeutic support.
By participating, you acknowledge responsibility for your own care. I am here to support integration within this course, but it is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment unless otherwise agreed upon.
