For years, I lived almost entirely in my head, achieving, pushing, and disconnecting from my body. I know firsthand the cost of that disconnection… and the freedom that returns when you come back home to yourself.

Over the past few years, I’ve supported others in reconnecting with their bodies through somatic coaching and breathwork — creating safe, attuned spaces where the nervous system can finally soften and release what it’s been holding.

My work is gentle, relational, and grounded.
Not about forcing breakthroughs — but about helping you feel steady, clear, and at ease in your own skin.
