Lion's Gate Breathwork Journey - In Person Event
Saturday, Aug 8th, 9:30–11:00 AM
My home in Edgewood, WA
The Lion's Gate Portal is often seen as a time of expansion. A time to reconnect with your intuition, release what has been weighing you down, and open yourself to new possibilities.
Whether you believe in the energy of the portal itself or simply love the idea of intentionally marking a new chapter, this morning is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
We'll gather in the beauty of nature at my home in Edgewood, allowing the peaceful surroundings to support us as we slow down and turn inward. Together we'll begin with grounding and intention before moving into a guided somatic breathwork journey designed to help you quiet the mind and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.

Together we'll focus on:
- Releasing old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you
- Strengthening your connection to your intuition and inner guidance
- Creating space for greater abundance, clarity, and alignment
- Feeling more grounded, present, and connected to yourself
Breathwork is a powerful practice that allows us to move beyond the constant thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body. By intentionally changing our breathing pattern, we can help regulate the nervous system, release stored stress and emotion, improve mental clarity, increase self-awareness, and create a deeper sense of peace and connection.
Every journey is unique. Some people experience profound insights, while others simply leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves. There is no right way to experience it.
No previous breathwork experience is necessary. Simply come as you are.
I would love to share this special morning with you.

"Kate is amazing. I’ve done breathwork with other facilitators, but she is truly in alignment with her calling. I have such powerful releases of stuck energy during her sessions — I don’t think I can put into words how blessed I feel to have found her. You are changing lives, Kate."
Amy
"This breathwork journey was AMAZING. As a first-timer, I wasn’t sure what to expect — but Kate made me feel safe and comfortable. The atmosphere, the music, her voice… it was exactly what I needed. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and immediately signed up for another session."
Emily
"My experience with Kate was incredible. I went into it skeptical, thinking this wouldn’t work for me… but I was dead wrong. In just 45 minutes, I got into my body and accessed trauma I hadn’t been able to touch in over five years of traditional therapy. My body feels more relaxed, less tense, and I’m so excited to keep going."
