A journey of grounding, breathwork, and guided reflection...
Breathwork is one of the most powerful ways to get into your body and
access the subconscious, allowing the body to release what is no
longer serving it and move into a more blissful state.

In this session, we will talk through what to expect, answer any questions, and safely tap into the body using conscious connected breathing.

This powerful breath helps you get out of the monkey mind and into the wisdom of the body.

Guided by Kate French, a certified breathwork facilitator who has led hundreds of people home to their bodies, you will be supported in accessing yourself more fully, allowing fordeeper connection and the release of somatic energy.

We will end with down-regulation breathing and visualizations to help lock in feelings of wellness, connection, and love. After the breathwork, you will be guided through powerful journal exercises to help integrate the experience into your life. Please bring an eye mask, or one will be provided, along with water and a journal. Yoga mat, blanket, and bolster will be provided by the space.
